There are some things you will need before you enquire:

  • I have read the information on the moving home page
  • I have time to complete the form
  • I have a valid email address
  • I have my original loan reference number (you can find it on your annual statement or Offer of Loan)
  • I have details of my initial loan or last drawdown (these are in the documents mentioned above)
  • If I have sales particulars and want to upload them I have them ready in an electronic format
