Paula heads up one of the largest DC pension providers in the UK with £183 billion total AUM (FY 2024). She leads teams across L&G’s Retail and Asset Management businesses to create and deliver a clear commercial, client and customer-centric strategic vision, while also overseeing Retail’s broader customer strategy.​

Lorna leads Retail Retirement, which provides high quality retirement income and lending products through its retail annuities and lifetime mortgage businesses. She’s also the CEO of L&G Home Finance and sits on the boards of Portfolio Management Services Nominees and Legal & General Reinsurance. 

Katharine is the Managing Director of L&G’s 5.5-million-member Workplace Savings business. It’s a growth area for the Group with over £90bn assets under management, including the UK’s largest commercial master trust.
