- You are welcome to contribute more than 5%, but please note Hilton will not contribute more than 10% for Executive members Salaried/Permanent, Grade 1 and above.
- Your pensionable salary is currently equal to your basic salary less an offset equal to the Lower Earnings Limit (£6,240 for the 2024/2025 tax year).
- If you are a former member of the Hilton UK Pension Plan (the Defined Benefit Plan) you may have an entitlement to different contributions than are shown above. Details will have been provided to you, in a separate communication along with the relevant application form for joining.
