Scheme forms
- Online Joining formOpens in new tab - complete if you wish to join the KPS before you are automatically enrolled or do not meet the auto enrolment criteria.
- Paper Joining formOpens in new tab - complete and return to your payroll department if you wish to join the KPS before you are automatically enrolled or do not meet the auto enrolment criteria.
- Change of contribution formOpens in new tab - complete if you wish to change your contribution amounts or pay any additional voluntary contributions.
- Nomination of beneficiary formOpens in new tab - Simply log in to Manage Your Account and click on Nominate Beneficiaries to confirm who you'd like your benefits paid to if you died.
- Non-member beneficiary form - A death-in-service lump sum benefit is payable even if you’re not in the Kingfisher Pension Scheme. The benefit is one times basic salary (or two times salary if you joined the company before 1 July 2012). Complete this form to nominate a beneficiary for this.
- SMART Pensions opt in formOpens in new tab - complete if you wish to opt in to paying contributions via SMART.
