Pension Annuity quote process
To be able to get a quote for any of our retirement income products you need to have registered with us as an agency.
One electronic application is all it takes for you to set up an agency with us and other participating product providers. You can use Origo’s agency services to setup and manage your agency.
This secure electronic application speeds up the process compared to paper-based approaches, and you’ll also receive an electronic confirmation that your application has been successful.
If you have a new individual agency number you will be automatically registered to use our systems and will receive an email from our Auto Registrations mailbox with your user details.
Complete a retirement health form with your client, making sure that they answer the medical questions in as much detail as possible. More information on the retirement health and lifestyle form and this process is available on their website.
Once your client has completed their sections please be sure to add in your adviser details, along with the information on the quotes that you would like – that’s including the fund value and the quote basis
You can then email the form to our Intermediary Annuity Specialists at broker.annuityquotes@landg.com who will look to produce the quotes for you. They will respond to your email within two days, either with the details of the quote, or to advise that the case has been referred to be manually underwritten.
The quotes will then be emailed out to you in a PDF format, with links to our online applications forms, terms and conditions and key features. The rate on that quote will be guaranteed for 45 days, and to secure that rate we will need to receive both the application and the funds within that time.
If you need a requote, or want to see any further options on the quote, then you can either email the team with the quote number where they will respond within two days, or you can reach out to the team direct on 0345 071 0040 where they can run the requote with you there and then during the call.
