¹ Please note, in order to be eligible for a free Smartr365 license, advisers will be subject to meeting selected eligibility thresholds set by Smartr365, and all advisers who decide to use the incentive will be asked to sign up to a subsidised licence agreement with Smartr365. The agreement will outline terms of business including agreed eligibility thresholds and recoupment of software licence costs by Legal & General, should the thresholds not be met.
