Qualifying criteria: to be eligible for these negotiated rates, each licenced user of the selected mortgage sourcing system will need to complete a minimum of 4 cases per month through the Legal & General Mortgage Club payment route, assessed initially over a 3 month period and thereafter on a monthly rolling basis.
Legal & General reserves the right to terminate access to the negotiated rate for the selected mortgage sourcing system if this threshold is not met.
* Price per month per licence - Price correct as at February 2025. Not available to Brokers with existing supplier contracts.
